Late or incomplete forms will not be accepted for registration

To register: Fill in the online Teacher Registration Form for Chapter Adjudications from the EastsideMusicTeachers.org website and then print it off.
Write one check for all fees made out to: Eastside Chapter WSMTA

Deliver form and check to the drop-box, located at the Bellevue Sherman Clay.
Forms will be collected at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2009.
