MTNA dues deadline to participate: October 12, 2009 for renewing members
January 7 - January 10, 2010 for new members
Registration materials distributed: November 23, 2009
Registration deadline: RECEIVED by January 4, 2010
Late or incomplete forms will not be accepted for registration
To register: Fill in the online Teacher Registration Form for Chapter Adjudications
from the EastsideMusicTeachers.org website and then print off 3 copies.
Write one check for all fees made out to: Eastside Chapter WSMTA
Mail 2 copies of the form and check (postmarked no later than December 30, 2009) to:

Forms may also be brought to the drop box, located at the Bellevue Sherman Clay.
Forms will be collected at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2010
